Order Fulfillment & Shipping Time

  • Q: How long does it take to get my order?
    • A: It typically takes 3-7 business days to fulfill your order after it's placed. Shipping time then depends on your location:
      • USA: 3-4 business days
      • Europe: 6-8 business days
      • Australia: 2-14 business days
      • Japan: 4-8 business days
      • International: 10-20 business days

Order Tracking

  • Q: How can I track my order?
    • A: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery Issues

  • Q: My order is past the estimated delivery time. What should I do?
    • A: Before contacting us, please check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors. You can also inquire at your local post office or check with neighbors to see if they might have received the package.
    • If the address is correct and you haven't located the package, contact us at tricia@marketingsenorita.com with your order number.
  • Q: I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Can I get a replacement?
    • A: We can send a replacement order, but you'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Customs Fees (International Orders Only)

  • Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
    • A: International orders may incur additional customs and tax fees. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on any applicable duties or taxes.

Order Fulfillment

  • Q: How are your products made?
    • A: We use a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. This means your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to you for efficient delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Q: What's your return policy?
    • A: Please find our full returns policy here: https://empoweredlife.company.site/products/pages/returns. We generally don't offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within one week at tricia@marketingsenorita.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll be happy to help!
  • Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
    • A: Currently, we don't offer exchanges. To ensure you get the best fit, we recommend checking our sizing charts provided on each product page in the description section.
    • In the rare case of a mislabeled item, please contact us within a week of receiving your order at tricia@marketingsenorita.com. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
