Empowered Life Return Policy
At Empowered Life, we're committed to your satisfaction. However, since our clothing is made-to-order especially for you, we can only accept returns in certain circumstances.
Here's what you need to know:
- Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive an item that's misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.
- Lost in Transit: If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please let us know within 30 days of the expected arrival date. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate the package or issue a full refund.
- Wrong Address: Double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you provide an incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, you'll be responsible for any reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are unclaimed and returned to us will be held for 30 days. If you don't claim your order within that timeframe, we'll donate it to charity.
- Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items you simply don't want anymore (except for customers in Brazil – see details below).
- Size Exchanges: We understand that choosing the right size can be tricky. Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges at this time.
- Face Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks.
For Customers in Brazil:
If you're located in Brazil and regret your purchase, you have 7 days from receiving the item to request a return. Please contact our customer service with a picture of the unused and undamaged item. We'll then evaluate your request and determine if a refund is possible.
